About the Gateway PGA Section

About the Gateway PGA Foundation
The Gateway PGA Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 organization and was created in 2007 by the Gateway PGA, one of the fourty-one geographical areas that comprise the Professional Golfers Association of America.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Gateway PGA Foundation strives to grow the game of golf while recognizing those who have contributed to its rich history. The path of the Foundation will be made visible by a commitment to engaging our youth through financial and emotional support. Particular emphasis will be placed on those who have fewer advantages in our communities. To achieve its goals, the Foundation will use its expertise in the game of golf and seek additional support from the sporting community as well as fellow sports associations. The Gateway PGA Foundation will leave a mark in our neighborhoods and a lasting imprint on all those who are touched.
